GDP Graph

This graph compares the GDP per capita of Ireland to the United States’ GDP. Because they are both first world countries, I found it surprising that Irelands

GDP was about 7 thousand dollars less than the US's. A countries GDP is used to determine that countries standard of living. Both Ireland and the United States

have high GDP's so they are considered first world countries. A third world countries GDP would be $10,000 or less.
